Sports Events & Marathons
Every bib number, its photos. Every photo, your sponsor’s logo.
For marathons, gran fondos and mass races: automatic cataloguing, bib number search, sponsor watermark on every shot and delivery to thousands of athletes with no manual logistics.
The problem, today
Delivering photos to 5,000 athletes can’t be handcrafted
Mass races produce tens of thousands of shots in a few hours. Handling them manually means:
Bib recognition by eye
Manually matching shots to athletes is a logistical nightmare that delays delivery by days.
Sponsors without measurable return
Banners along the course nobody photographs, while athletes’ photos circulate on social media with no brand at all.
Deliveries that never arrive
Generic links, shared folders, manual emails: half the athletes will never see their photos.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does an athlete find their photos among tens of thousands of shots?
Bib number search, with filters by course point and time. The system catalogues automatically and athletes reach their photos in seconds from their phone.
Can we put the sponsor’s logo on the photos?
Yes — it’s the heart of the model: the main sponsor’s watermark is applied automatically to every shared shot. Thousands of photos circulating on social media become a measurable advertising asset.
Who pays for the service: the organiser or the athlete?
The typical model is a fixed fee covered by the main sponsor, with photos included in the race package. Alternatively you can sell directly to athletes on revenue share. You decide at activation.
How many photographers and capture points do you support?
There’s no practical limit: the system is designed for massive simultaneous ingest from multiple photographers and course points, with automatic cataloguing by time and position.
How soon after the race are photos online?
The first galleries are available during the event itself: photographers drop their cards at collection points and the system processes and publishes continuously.
